Here's how it works, all the detail ...
- Transport from Geneva Airport to your centrally located luxury chalet in Chatel France, is included, along with accommodation, breakfast, evening meal & wine. What's NOT included are your flights to Geneva, lunch and all morning activities which are your expense (we will help you book your flights to Geneva from ANY Airport)
- AM: Each day until 1pm is yours - you can use this time to enjoy the lovely settings, outdoor pool / spa, snowboard, ski, learn to ski / snowboard or just chill up in the mountains people watching - it's up to YOU!
- PM: We start the training in the chalet around 2pm and it takes place in a Mastermind Style - tapping into all the years of experience from our resident experts.
- We bring the training to a close around 7pm giving everyone enough time to freshen up and get ready for a full on French style 5* meal which often lasts for 2-3 hours and again offers you a chance to grill the experts and talk more property.
- Late Night Activities: For those with even more energy Chatel has its own Night Club and you can dance and drink until the small hours.
Your Hosts For Chatel Include Richard Simmons & John Cox
Richard Simmons invests and develop quite extensively within the Surrey commuter belt and along the East Sussex coastline. Richard has also set up the Surrey Property Exchange as a monthly networking event over 8 years ago, and runs it on the second Monday of every month at the Guildford Holiday Inn.
Richard is a full time property person and has benefited from learning from others and now implements the knowledge he has gain from many property experts over the years.
John Cox - coming from a finance & insurance background and now focusing on property John has seen most things in property.
Helping fellow investors building sizeable property portfolios to generate income - John's attention now is mainly on property development - finding potential development sites direct to vendor and then with the help of his business partner Richard Sylvester submitting them for planning.
A typical development is circa 1 acre which will often take 10 units - although both John & Richard have a passion for delivering more affordable housing and these sites tend to be larger.
